We accept most major vision insurance plans, including VSP, EyeMed and MES Vision. Please contact us and we can help you make the most of your vision insurance plan by understanding your particular vision coverage.

MEDICAL INSURANCE PLANS

We provide both medical and routine eyecare services. We can bill most major medical insurance plans for the treatment and maintenance of any eye infections, dry eyes, and other medically-related eyecare procedures. We will also work with your other health care providers to provide continuing care and treatment for many eye diseases such as glaucoma, cataracts, and macular degeneration.

We accept:

Medicare, Anthem, Blue Shield, Blue Cross, United Health Care, Cigna, and SMW. If your plan is not listed here, please call our office about your insurance. We look forward to helping you maximize your insurance benefits!

NO INSURANCE

Our fees are affordable, and our other payment options include cash, personal checks, debit cards, American Express^®, MasterCard^®, Visa^®, Discover^®, Flex Spending Accounts and CareCredit.
